High Rock Lake is getting a new race course, scheduled to open in 2009. Designed by racing veteran Elliott Forbes-Robinson, High Rock Raceway will be located in Spencer, NC. The 2+ mile course will feature private memberships, and even luxury townhomes. The Raceway will surely offer excitement to the area, and boost the local economy and property values.
